Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we pack and ship your order within 1–2 days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 days depending on your location.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Free Shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) are available on orders of Rs. 500 and above.
Our Delivery Partner
We ship all orders via Shiprocket, which delivers through trusted courier networks including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Amazon, Shadowfax, and others. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your delivery in real time.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
Our courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If you are unavailable during delivery, please contact us or the courier directly to reschedule.
If all delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges once we receive the package back at our warehouse.
To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.
Delivery Availability
We currently deliver across most locations in India. However, serviceability may vary depending on your pin-code and courier availability in your area.

Packaging & Quality
Before dispatch, every order is thoroughly inspected to ensure all products are in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to keep your products safe and tamper-proof during transit.

Delayed Deliveries
While we always aim for 5–7 day delivery, unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or high order volumes may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
