5. Account Registration
You may create an account to place and track orders. 6. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and Product availability. Your order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing or product-information errors, stock unavailability, or an unserviceable delivery location. If we cancel a prepaid order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
7. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed for dispatch.
- We accept prepaid payments through our online payment partners and Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available only on orders of ₹500 and above, subject to pin-code serviceability.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout and explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
- In the case of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price and will inform you before proceeding.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to serviceable locations within India only; we do not currently offer international shipping. Dispatch and delivery timelines, charges, and failed-delivery/RTO handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Order cancellation, return eligibility, required proof, refund methods, and timelines are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before purchasing.
