Thank you for shopping at bharatkevaidya.com. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • "Company" (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Bharat Ke Vaidya
  • "Goods" refers to the items offered for sale
  • "Orders" means a request by you to purchase goods from us
  • "Website" refers to bharatkevaidya.com
  • "You" means the individual accessing or using the service

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time.

  • If cancelled before shipment, your order will be stopped and a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • If cancelled after shipment, the package will automatically be returned to us once delivery attempts fail. A full refund will be issued once we receive the package back at our warehouse.

Conditions for Returns

You are entitled to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 3 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging with seals intact

Proof Required for Returns

To process your return request, please share the following within 3 days of delivery at bharatkevaidya@gmail.com:

  • Photo of the packaging/box
  • Photo of the product
  • Unboxing video

Return requests submitted without the required proof will not be accepted. We recommend recording an unboxing video for every order as it helps resolve any disputes quickly.


Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
  • Products with tampered or missing seals
  • Products with altered or missing batch numbers/expiry dates
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer
  • Products returned without prior approval from our team

Replacement & Refund

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.

A refund will only be issued if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or any other reason on our end.

Please note that replacement/refund requests are subject to verification of the proof submitted (unboxing video, product photo, and packaging photo).


Refund Method

Upon approval of your return request, we will issue a store credit/coupon of equal value which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

A cash refund will be issued at our discretion in cases where store credit is not a suitable resolution.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved and we have received the product, refunds for prepaid/online orders will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the amount in your account.


COD Refunds

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via UPI Transfer once your return has been approved.

Our team will reach out to collect your UPI details. The refund will be completed within 5-7 business days of receiving your UPI details.

Please ensure your UPI ID is active and correct to avoid any delays.


Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple products, you may raise a return request for one or all products individually. Each product will be evaluated separately based on our return conditions.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered by us, we will bear the full return shipping cost and arrange a pickup at your doorstep.

If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe return delivery.

Fraudulent Returns

We reserve the right to reject any return or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our policy terms.

In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or blacklist the associated account with or without prior notification.

We take fraudulent activity seriously to ensure a fair experience for all our genuine customers.
